Expansion of the organization.
As with all organizations, growth is inevitable; for this reason, Re-Employ America started accepting donations through PayPal on June 3rd 2012.

Initial Objective.
To promote manufacturing in the United States with consumer and political activism utilizing various marketing media and other social awareness programs and educational essays, studies and journalism.

What the donations may be used for prior to a Board of Directors being placed.
To acquire permits and licenses as may be required by local, state and federal codes, laws and/or regulations.
To obtain professional and/or contracted administrative services needed for a 501(c)(4) organization.
To contract, purchase, lease and/or rent expanded website hosting and related services.
To initiate marketing programs, products and/or services.
Other service and products as may be suggested by donors; these may need to be approved by other donors.

What the donations will not be used for until a Board of Directors has been placed
Salaries and/or wages for existing and/or future employees or executives.
To purchase, lease and/or the rental of real property.
To purchase, lease and/or the rental of vehicles.
To purchase, lease and/or the rental of standard office equipment and/or computer software except as may be required to comply with legal obligations as stipulated by state and federal laws and/or regulations.
For lobbying for or contributing to political campaigns and/or groups.

A complete record of all donations and expenses, including a digital copy of all expense receipts, will be made public on the organization website financials page.

Any contribution made to Re-Employ America is not to be construed as a promise of products, services, administrative participation and/or placement to the Board of Directors and/or employment.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, a citizen of the United States and registered to vote in your County.

Donations from individuals:
You must provide the following individual contributor information: Full legal name, full home address, city, state, zip code, Congressional District, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.

Re-Employ America will publicly disclose the following information on all individual donors:
Your first name, the first initial of your last name, your state and Congressional district, the amount and the date of the donation.
Re-Employ America will not publicly disclose the following information on its website of any individual donors:
Title or rank, full legal name, home address, place of employment, marital status, gender, age or other personal information unless compelled to do so by a legal order issued by a court of jurisdiction.

Donations from for-profit organizations, not-for-profit organizations and/or other multi-participant groups:
Will be listed as; "On behalf of organization name", physical address and direct business telephone number; this information will be made public.
And must provide the following individual contributor information: full legal name, full home address, daytime telephone number, official position/title with the organization, all individual information will be made public as described above.

Re-Employ America will NOT accept contributions from organizations that are based on and/or advocate restricting Americans from personal rights and liberties, discrimination and/or oppression of/against other people based on but not limit to; religion, gender, race, creed, color, national origin, ethnicity, political preference, sexual preference, marital status, employment status, vocation, socio-economic class, age and/or educational background.

Contributions made that do not meet these terms and conditions will be returned to the contributor within 5 business days with a full and written explanation as to why the contribution is being returned.

I understand that donations to Re-Employ America are not tax deductable under the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC") section 501(c)(4).
